In September 2025, the Pina Bausch Centre in Wuppertal will offer a weekly professional training session for professional dancers and advanced performers. The training takes place every Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Each session is led by a different international guest teacher. The focus is on contemporary dance, technique training, physical conditioning, coordination, and artistic expression.

Emanuele Soavi is a dancer, choreographer, and artistic director of the Cologne-based label Emanuele Soavi Incompany. Since 2006, he has created interdisciplinary works for international ensembles and theaters, blending classical ballet vocabulary with contemporary dance practice. Emanuele acts as a “bridge-builder” between institutions and the independent scene, promoting artistic dialogue and collaboration on local, national, and international levels.
