What connects us to the earth that sustains us?

SINNESWANDEL – A performative journey through the elements combines visual art, theater, culinary arts, and questions of sustainable nutrition. Following the opening event, “eins:feuer,” the second evening is dedicated to the element of earth.

Twelve artists, the Junges Theater Leverkusen, chef Ulla Vöpel, and master farmer Bettina Wamsler are collaborating with artistic director Jan Koemmet to create an evening in which art, theater, food, and conversation intertwine.

The audience encounters works of art, staged texts, and a performative culinary experience in which earth becomes not only a theme but a sensory experience: as the source of our food, as a habitat, and as a resource.
