With New to the Club. Pecha-Kucha-Evening, the Association of German Architects (BDA) invites guests to an evening of concise and engaging insights into the architectural positions and perspectives of newly admitted BDA members. Ten young practices will each have 400 seconds to present their projects, working methods, and design philosophies, offering a fast-paced yet personal glimpse into the diversity of contemporary architectural practice.

The event is part of the 21st BDA Day, taking place in Wuppertal from 13–14 June 2026. Under the motto Simply the Best! – Fair Competition and Quality, the BDA will dedicate a symposium on Saturday to exploring the future of competition and procurement culture in architecture and urban planning. On Sunday, the program will be complemented by six guided architectural walks through Wuppertal.
