S.C.O.M.A. – Secret Club of Mindful Aging or: An old circus horse, the end of exploitation has been reached.

Welcome to S.C.O.M.A.: the secret club for mindful aging. Hosts A, B, G, and M invite you to four New Year's Eve celebrations in four hours and 60 minutes. Together we will celebrate the transitions from 1979/80; 1989/90; 1999/2000, and 2009/10! Four decades of life, four decades of being circus horses, making art, bringing joy, crying, and laughing. In four different applications, you will get closer to different stories of aging. Let your exhaustion out, encounter childhood dreams, experience transformation, and a possible end to exploitation. The old, exhausted show ponies accompany you through this whimsical journey through time, into the future, which is presented to you in a relaxed manner in the last hour. The hosts provide drinks, singing, music, kind words, and dancing! Time will fly by. Together we will age intentionally!

The performance will be relaxed; you can rest, lie down, and linger as often as you like. At the end, you will receive a certificate: Successfully Aged! Ahoy!
